Apollo customer service is great, always very helpful. V2 cartomizer have been good although tobacco strength seems a little weaker than it used to be but still a good product. Disappointed with the V2 batteries as they don't hold charge for very long compared to the ones I previously used. Wish they would make them long with a stronger battery. Will continue to buy.

I was diagnosed with COPD in 2013. I had to stop smoking or try the eciggs. This was the first company I found online that delivered and actually had the same feel of a regular cigarette.
Later I found another company by accident and stayed with them for awhile. But I returned to Apollo.
Mind you I did not and I'm currently not trying to quit.
My doctor's didn't have an issue and actually prefer these to smoking tobacco because that's where the bad chemicals come from.
The cartridges are long lasting. Amazing actually. I use like one for every three batteries I use.
It didn't take me long to adjust to the difference in taste. I truly enjoy these and find them relaxing and enjoyable.
Quick tip, as the battery loses its charge, don't throw out the cartridge until your sure it's that and not the battery going out.
If it seems like it's fading, lay it to the side. I'd say 7 time out of 10. Once you change it the battery will start flashing.
If your looking for the same feel and taste of a real ciggarette. I highly recommend this product and this company.
