Lately, when I change carts, sometimes a new cart doesn't work on the battery i am using. I have to try 2-3 other carts until I find one that works.

The quality of the cartomizers is inconsistent. The cartomizers are great when they work.

I have 4 batteries, but the cartomizers don't work consistently well. Some are great, but some don't draw well. Or, don't have the expected potency.

Out of 6 packs, I typically find only 5 packs worth that work well.

Several years ago the quality was 5 stars, after that the quality went down. Recently, the quality has gotten better. But, not as good as what it was.

There needs to be better quality control over the manufacturing process... I hope that things improve.

Same problem. The product is a 4 star, but the software is a negative.

The product lives up to the advertisement.
