I had written a negative review just a few hours back and wish I had held back. I just received replacement cartomizers 12 mg for my previous order which mistakenly sent 6 mg cartomizers. I had chat with customer service just a couple of days back and was VERY quickly received the correct product today! This certainly sealed my commitment as a long time customer. I have been using Apollo e cigarettes for over 5 yrs. I use the 0 nicotine ones, & they satisfied my craving from the beginning. I had tried other means to quit smoking over the years....even hypnotism & acupressure....,but Apollo proved successful. I thought life would not be enjoyable without cigarettes,but Apollo -even with no nicotine- proved me wrong! After smoking for over 40 years, my husband, children,grandchildren,& a host of others , including myself,were elated that I quit.

I have been buying Apollo tobacco cartomizers for the standard kit over 5 years, and I really do like them. Customer service is usually great but this time I ordered them on a Thursday with First Class mail 2-day shipping and did not receive them until the next Thursday. I know the late shipping was not your fault, but I had to buy disposable E-cigs from the gas station to tide me over until I received the shipment. The disposable ones are not as good as Apollo but lasted longer than the cartomizers that I received this time. Also, this time for some reason the cartomizers just did not seem the same. The flavor was right, but they just did not last as long as they usually do. Usually one cartomizer will last about 3 hours, but this time they were completely gone within an hour, not as many puffs as usual, meaning I will have to order another shipment sooner than I usually do. I hope this is not going to be the trend from now on. Otherwise, I am very happy with Apollo and do not want to switch to another brand. Also, it is really great when you give discounts! I hope to be an even longer customer with Apollo.
