- Bad ServiceI ordered 20 of these cigars and they never got signed for or delivered to me. I contacted Apollo and told them this and asked that they resend the order again, but they never responded and stonewalled me. This was not my fault, I have been their customer for over 4 years and spent a lot of money with them, I would have thought that they would have shown some customer loyalty and acknowledged that the USPS did NOT have a signed receipt (I confirmed this with USPS) and done the right thing. I have contacted them 2 more times without any type of answer. If this is how they are going to treat loyal customers, then I will use another online retailer and quit doing business with Apollo. This was their fault, not mine, and they are not taking responsibility for it. Very frustrating and poor business practices.

- Awesome productMy husband was a devoted cigar smoker for over 30yrs. He recently tried to quit smoking but wasn't doing so good until he found your product. This is an excellent substitute and has helped him immensely .
