- FantasticI happen to suffer from COPD and I quit smoking cigarettes 9 years ago . The chemicals in cigarettes were damaging me. Ever since I started vaping it's so much cleaner and no damage as been recorded. Simply Tobacco is the closest thing to a Marlboro I've found (I've tried them all) and I haven't missed a beat.
