Details
Apollo batteries are state-of-the-art in Lithium-Ion technology. Designed for long-lasting life and easy to use. At the tip of the battery is the indicator light, which emits a brilliant glow whenever you inhale, simulating a real cigarette experience. The light also acts as an alert system, letting you know when your battery needs to be recharged. The price is for one battery.
You can choose between "Automatic" or "Manual." Automatic will produce vapor when you simply inhale on the e-cigarette. Manual will produce vapor when you hold down the button (see image above) and inhale. The Automatic battery is best for driving and other handsfree operation, and the Manual battery is best for more control over the length of your drags, as its microchip allows for slightly longer drags. Most customers try one of each to see what they like best.

Please note: We recommend using only our Apollo USB to Wall Adapter for charging these batteries. 3rd party brand USB to Wall Adapters may charge at a higher rate than recommended and cause battery failure.
If you have a large supply of V2 cartridges but need a new battery, Apollo e-cig batteries are interchangeable with V2 e-cigarette batteries. Specifically, Apollo Extreme batteries are replacement batteries for V2 e-cig batteries. Apollo Extreme batteries are top quality 280 mAh batteries are automatic. That means that they detect when you take a puff and produce vapor automatically. Furthermore, these batteries recharge very fast and last a long time!

- FrustratingThese batteries are very inconsistent. Sometimes they charge normally - sometimes they don't. Sometimes the charge lasts a decent amount of time - sometimes they don't. Sometimes the throat hit is good - sometimes it is non-existent.
They are cheap, which is part of the problem. I keep buying them because new laws have made it difficult to buy from most other sources. I wish they would raise the price and make a better, more consistent battery. I have one V2 battery left that is over 7 years old and still working wonderfully. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews.
This batter lasts far longer than most brands.
The old brand I was charging all day. With these, I only charge once a day.
I like to keep 7-8 batteries charged and ready to go.
IIm impressed with how long these these do last.
Pro tip: Not all batteries are completely charged.
Try charging the battery and if that don't work, try a new
charger plug.
I'm a chain smoker and these last far longer than others I've tried.
These batteries must be replaced periodically. They won't last forever.
I charged once a day, four at time.
Ignore all the negative reviews and give them a chance. Over charging will burn these up quick and they will take longer to charge and won't last as long.

- Batteries for ChallengerI have been ordering Challenger batteries one after another and even got exchanged few times. They wouldn't charged easily nor work as expected. Example: Last 2 orders of batteries inhales with so much air and empty sort of inhaling. My others, the ones works fine do not do that. Some point I thought it was USB charger for Extreme Kit and kept ordering more and more, hoping something will starting charge properly. But in conclusion, I think it is all about battery for challenger for extreme kit. Few days back I've got new one and even didn't bother to exchange. Although the order previous one I asked to exchange it. When the exchange arrived it was the same problem. Overall I like Apollo, I didn't want any complains to report until I've got maybe around 5-6 batteries not working properly. Sorry for the bad rate and complains.

- Challenger battery.I'm a chain smoker. I always keep 6-7 on hand and 4 chargers.
Most arrived charged and occasionally they are not. Before you think DOA, try charging it. If it don't light up to charge, try another charger.
These last every hit as long as the company I used. Clean the inside with a qtip every now and then and don't forget. These dot last forever and do need to be replaced periodically.
These are a little longer than a pack of 100s. They have the look and feel of a real ciggarette. I have t case's that hold 3 batteries and 3 chargers. When I get down to four needing charged, I pop them on the charger have another case full with charged batteries.
If you smoke alot, you need more than 1 or 2 chargers.

- AlrightBattery does the job, but to much air when inhaling. So I put a toothpick in one of the 3 holes on the thread of the battery which definitely made a difference. Little tighter when inhaling. Overall give 3 stars.

- High quality and very dependableExcellent batteries. I have been using them all day/every day for years. They are of consistent high quality, work well and recharge in about 90 minutes. I use them with the prefilled tobacco cartridges and keep 2-3 of the batteries ready to go at all times. I am a moderate-to-heavy vaper and each battery normally lasts me 6-9 months. After decades of being a pack-a-day smoker (Newport 100s) I switched to vaping over 10 years ago and, thanks to Apollo E-cigs and their Challenger/Extreme e-cigs I have not smoked a cigarette since I started vaping!

It is past the warranty period and Apollo doesn't cover return shipping fees - so, it wouldn't have be worth the hassle of returning it, anyway. - Excellent size & Good qualityLove the size so that I can always carry it on me. Easy charging. I use mine constantly all day. When batteries are new, most last about 8 hours. After using new battery for about a month, they last about 4 hours for about 6 months to a year. Again, I use mine constantly all day so the cartomizer needs to be changed right around 4 hours anyway. When they only last 2 hours or less, I replace them. Very happy with them. When I have received newly purchased batteries that didn't last very long (2 hrs. or less), I contacted customer service & they immediately replaced them.

- They don't workI bought 2 recently. One doesn't work at all - doesn't charge and no light. The other never completely charges - the battery light and charger light never go off even if left for long periods of time. They also aren't very powerful and had a short life even when they worked. No comparison to the good old V2 batteries.

- Pros and consThe batteries have a nice appearance. The inlaid jewel on the indicator light isn’t exactly my style, but it’s an improvement over the plain plastic cap. Battery life is just ok, (1- 2 hour use time)I wish the company offered an extra long battery option for longer battery life.
Biggest downside for me is the short drag limit time of 2 seconds. I realize that this is a safety feature designed to prevent “stuck on” situations but it’s just a tad short for someone who takes a big drag. My old XL batteries still last about 3 hours and they used to last longer when they were new. Overall these are good batteries for the category and price.Posted on

It's inevitable that it will roll off the table. I changed it to 4 stars because of the price. I was V2 customer for years and their batteries are more durable. They were also much more expensive, I'm very disappointed that they no longer carry the Premier batteries because they were great, but grateful that they have these.

Better than V2 (which I several of V2 batteries) consistent draw and it’s still going after 2 hours of extreme Vaping. Will buy a few more. I also got there charger for the battery. Charges are charges if threading is the same, but the appollo charger might be the difference

Worked right out of the bag, came fully charged, LED's are bright a vivid, blue LED's are very deep blue not purple, or dull. The Red LED's are really more of an orange, not red at all, but it does look like a natural cherry ember. Long lasting, well built, not dead in 2 hours like some other companies. Glossy black, not matte or flat black finish, with the classy name well painted on it.

- A necessityYou have to order additional batteries when you order the Extreme Kit. Even though the description claims to last at least a full day (and they do or longer) it's nice to have an additional battery, or 2, while you are charging one. A must have. Apollo provides everything.
